He also has Lumbar Degenerative Disc Disease, Stenosis, and Bulging Discs.

While it was not prescribed by a medical doctor, he testified at the hearing that he does use a cane for ambulation because he feels weak on his legs. He is also obese weighing over 290 pounds. He testified the pain makes it hard to lose the weight because he is in pain when mobile.
