32-year-old female with an SSI claim who has been denied at initial and reconsideration for non-severe conditions had a hearing in January 2023.
At the hearing the client testified she has received extensive treatment for her Crohn’s Disease and has objective medical records (in the form of imaging) showing severe lumbar spine issues. Her medical records from her gastrointestinal doctor support the claimant’s allegations of severe abdominal pain and frequent need to use the restroom.
Claimant gave very good testimony regarding her conditions and Administrative Law Judge asked only one disabling question of the Vocational Expert.
