Schizoaffective Disorder – 42 Year-Old Female

42-Year-old female from Chandler, Arizona who suffers from: SchizoAffective Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, and Status Post Right Leg and Arm Injury.

The hearing was held in-person at the Phoenix Office of Hearing Operations where the claimant testified that despite a significant history of Heroin abuse, she was 2 years sober.

Along with the above impairments, the client also testified she suffers from bilateral leg edema and has a cane prescribed which she often uses to ambulate. The claimant testified about the reckless and dangerous behavior which accompanies with the bipolar disorder with violence, anger, and frequent unstable behaviors.

There was no past relevant work activity that rose to the level of successful gainful work activity in this case.

The Consultative Evaluator who had previously examined the claimant at the governments expense, opined the client is markedly limited in social interaction as well as in her ability to adapt to changes in routine work settings.

Based on the above testimony and medical records the Administrative Law Judge will find this claimant Disabled back to her date of sobriety
